Usage

Mainly used for drilling and welding groove processing on pipe. It can be used for high- speed drilling with both twist drills and internal cooling hard alloy tools, no need for manual marking, improve hole position accuracy and drilling efficiency and realize drilling automation greatly. This machine is a gantry moving vertical CNC drilling machine, which can be used to process and improve processing efficiency.

Introduction

1. Including base, gantry, NC dividing head, drilling power head, a header support frame, clamping cylinder, chip removal and cooling, automatic lubrication and hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system.
2. The gantry adopts casted gantry structure and adopts two great capacity linear guides which fixed on the base for longitudinal movement (X axis), the driver use servo motor, precision reducer and anti-backlash gear rack. Hydraulic locking mechanism, when the drive motor is stopped, the locking cylinder clamps so that the gantry can be locked on the base.
3. The machine is equipped with three-jaw self-centering chuck, which can be easily clamped and loosened. The indexing is controlled by AC servo motor (A axis), it is accurate and reliable.
4. The drilling power head moves using two linear guides, adopts AC servo motor to drive the synchronous belt (i =2) and precision ball screw drive. The power head adopts servo motor via synchronous belt, synchronous wheel deceleration, and heavy-duty precision linear guides.
5. The support frame can play the role of bracket when loading, it does not affect the rotation of the work piece. When the machine tool is processed, the support frame works with the pressure feeding device to clamp. It can improve the rigidity of work piece, reduce vibration and improve tool life.
